I would actually say that I probably had more to do with the lyrics and they did more (of) the music.īH: And I think that (song) was important for where they were in their career. They know what they like on stage when they're singing a song, they know what they need for the crowd and what works for the crowd. RC: You have to realize how musical Dave and Charles and Hillary are. There are grooves within the groove, and just when you think you're going to go this way, you'd go (another) way.
